Consultation

Meet with our Director of Healthcare Services to talk about your current process and concerns. We’ll listen and create customized healthcare delivery models, operational plans, and reimbursement strategies that addresses your unique needs.

Credentialing

Credentialing services are in line with, including but not limited to the Joint Commission, DNV GL, NCQA, URAC, HFAP, AAAHC, CIHQ, and Federal/State Laws and regulations. We will conduct organization specific credentialing according to accreditation standards and the needs of the customer.

Contracting

Contracting services are in line with, including but not limited to Medicare, State Medicaid, Commercial HMO rules and regulations; and Commercial PPO contract agreements. We will assist in navigating the challenges of rate negotiations, revenue forecasting, and contract language development according to accreditation standards and the needs of the customer.

Claims

Claim services are in line with, including but not limited to NCCI, Federal/State Laws and regulations, Commercial HMO rules and regulations, and Commercial PPO contract agreements. We will assist in the understanding of market trends, the understanding of payment rules and methodologies, model reimbursement rates, and the tracking of contract performance and corresponding revenue.
